I recently moved to a new area, and my husband and I both work full time. It nice to find a laundry pick up delivery service for a reasonable price. They are great with everything washed, cleaned, fresh quality. If you have any problem they will get back to with the quickness. I highly recommend them if your life gets a little busy this service is definitely worth it! Takes the load right off your shoulders.

Communication is top notch, if you contact them with questions or anything you need, they reach out to you within minutes if not instantly.
Prices are really reasonable for the services. I honestly only intended to use their service once ( i was too lazy to do my own laundry that day) but it is safe to say i am now a loyal consistent customer. That's how amazed i was.
I always receive my laundry back warm from the dyer and smelling amazing. They also fold it and categorize it for you.
They offer next day delivery (for a small fee) regular wait time free or charge.
Drivers are friendly, and helpful.
I have nothing but great things to say about them, im so happy i found a reputable and reliable company i can trust with my laundry, thank you Washpro for you amazing services!

I always paid for Tide and the clothes always smell wonderful but it's clearly not Tide they use. Tide has a distinct smell. Also they mixed up laundry bags and brought me a stranger's clothes. I had to wait an additional day for them to find my clothes. I wasn't mad because I understand mistakes happen but they did not offer a discount or anything. They just didn't care.
EDIT : The owner is so nice and gave me a 25% off so I updated my rating. Like I said mistakes happen occasionally and they usually give great service.

As a new-ish mom who needs major help on the home-front, I couldn't have asked for a more helpful service than Washpro! I have never used a pick up/drop off laundry service before and I might never go back. From beginning to end the process is incredibly easy. The app makes things very convenient. You select the kind of detergent you want, you can upload your payment info and notes about your order and watch the process of everything. The girl who picked up the clothes and the man who dropped them off were very very nice, and to me the price is affordable for the value you receive. Everything was packaged beautifully and arrived cleaner than I could have done. Sorry about the difficult parking but I will remind you where you can double park... Happy New Year!!
